The Heart of Yorkshire Dales- wall hanging

This unique wall hanging is to celebrate the beauty of natural wool using different texture and natural colour to highlight the diversity of British wool. It was great to be able to use the Teeswater wool locks (the beautiful curls as part of the fringe) in their natural state ( besides a good wash!), and some curls from a sheep who shares my name (!)in the lace pattern!!

Wool used: Wensleydale, Shetland , Blueface and Teeswater…. All British, all gorgeous!!
